Miami's Orion Investment Group Expands Orlando Portfolio With Acquisition of 7 Mall Outparcels
Affiliates of Miami-based Orion Investment and Management, led by Joseph Sanz, just closed on its acquisition of 7 prominent outparcel properties flanking the Mall at Millenia.
Orion paid a collective $22,700,000.00 for the portfolio which include the following properties under existing leases:
- BJ's Brewhouse and Restaurant, 4151 Conroy Rd, Orlando, Florida 32839
- DSW Show Warehouse, 4021 Conroy Rd, Orlando, Florida 32839
- Ethan Allen Furniture, 4049 Conroy Rd, Orlando, Florida 32839
- Old Navy, 4018 Conroy Rd, Orlando, Florida 32839
- Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, 4101 Conroy Rd, Orlando, Florida 32839
- West Elm Furniture, 4010 Conroy Rd, Orlando, Florida 32839
- Ingenus Pharmaceuticals (office), 4190 Millenia Boulevard Orlando, Florida 32839
Miami's own Ocean Bank financed the acquisition, loaning the 7-separate buyer entities a total of $14,755,000.00.
