The properties were collectively known as the "Buckhead Airport Commerce Center" and include:

- 8461 Parkline Drive, Orlando, Florida 32809;

- 8501 Parkline Drive, Orlando, Florida 32809;

- 8351 Parkline Drive, Orlando, Florida 32809;

- 8249 Parkline Drive, Orlando, Florida 32809;

- 1630 Prime Court, Orlando, Florida 32809; and

- 1629 Prime Court, Orlando, Florida 32809



The Seller acquired the properties in May, 2006, for a total purchase price of $25,500,000.00. The Seller is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment fund.


The 7 properties include a collective 25.18 acres, and 7 warehouse buildings with a total of approximately 331,800 square feet of usable space.
